I am passionate about making events impactful, uplifting and empowering. The main themes of my presentations are overcoming adversity, developing mental toughness and goal-setting to obtain your dreams and goals.

Workshops

Sometimes clients want to know the “how” and just not the “why” when it comes to obtaining your dreams and goals. My workshop allows me to engage with the audience during Q&A sessions and through a self-reflective, thought-provoking, goal setting activity. This allows my clients to dedicate time to draw out a detailed action plan and identify resources that will be needed to pursue their goals.
